The Business Systems Architect is experience with the design,  architecture and development of end-to-end functional business applications, modeling business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements, creating the user experience vision, creating high level application concept story boards, use cases and ensuring usability requirements are implemented properly.

Primary functions:

• Clarifies business initiatives, communicates system architecture plans and benefits.
• Works to drive and translate the vision into reality.
• Develops and implements technical plans that define the systems architecture for operational support systems initiatives.
• Interfaces with multiple service delivery work centers, system engineering and software development groups.
